Queue looks very bad

My queue looks very bad especially for SNMPv2
I've another server that have even worse numbers as there are many more SNMPv2 hosts.

Any suggestions how to improve those numbers ?

Probably you should increase number of Pollers in zabbix_server.conf .
Or maybe target systems don't work well with "use bulk requests". Try to unflag that option in host configuration (SNMP section)
