Item already exists on host error

What am I doing wrong here?

Zabbix server version 6.0.3
I am going to configuration > hosts > selecting the "Items" link next to a particular host > create item
Key: vfs.fs.discovery
Everything else left as default + given the name 'Mounted FileSystems"
I get an error:

Item with key "vfs.fs.discovery" already exists on "Linux plex 4.15.0-167-generic _175-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jan 5 01_56_07 UTC 2022 x86_64".

However, when going to the "items" tab for that host, there are 64 and none of them have the key vfs.fs.discovery. Screenshot of error attached and screenshot of items for that host, sorted by key. Not all items shown, but those starting with v.

The host's template is "Linux by Zabbix Agent"

Items tab does not show you discoveries. Your host probably has already a filesystem discovery. Look under "Discovery"

Thanks, brand new to using zabbix, expected it to be under 'Items" since the error came from "create item" module, but this was it.
