XP machines don't give data so they always remain RED in Zabbix

I have 3 windows XP machines that are running the zabbix agent but never seem to report anything to the server which can successfully ping/traceroute/nmap and telnet 10050 fine.

When they start up this is the only info in each log file QAIE3 is the VM name) (ALL of my systems run the v5.0.2-1 client although I updated the server to 5.0.22-1 recently)

i don't get any information on the Zabbix server as if the agent was never installed.

2 machines are 32 Bit XP with 32 bit client and one machine is 64 Bit XP with 64 bit client.
Firewall is OFF on all 3.
