SNMP graph problem on Zabbix

I am using Zabbix 2.2 and MRTG also for monitoring. Now I am facing problem with Zabbix through snmp, Zabbix don't draw correct graph for any interface while MRTG is drawing correct graph.

(Ubuntu Server: Zabbix agent)--->(Ubuntu Server: Zabbix Server) = Drawing correct graph

(Cisco router: snmp RO)--->(Ubuntu Server: Zabbix Server) = Drawing wrong graph

(Cisco router: snmp RO)--->(Ubuntu Server: MRTG) = Drawing correct graph

MRTG show the link usage as per actual on graph but Zabbix show low the link usage as per actual on graph.

I had similar issue, see if your device counters are resetting too early.
If you are using "ifInOctets" as a key try using "InHCInOctets" or try decreasing the poling interval.
