Jira mediatype / webhook not working.

Hello again!
So I've setup my Jira mediatype with all my Jira instance info, tests work fine. However, when a real trigger occurs, there's no new ticket.

¿What could be going on?

Also, where do I find {EVENT.SOURCE} Macro? I found this documentation but I am still not understanding if Zabbix assigns a value to it automatically (I am guessing it does), or do I have to do anything else.

Anyway, thank for any help that you can provide!

{EVENT.SOURCE} is automatic. As docs say its "internal".. It is present in every event.
Numeric value of the event source. Possible values: 0 - Trigger, 1 - Discovery, 2 - Autoregistration, 3 - Internal.
