How do I update hosts after changing their template?

Hi all,
Noob here!
I have made changes to my arista snmp template (disabled temp and voltage) and I need to get these changes applied to all of my arista hosts. I have added a discovery and tried to update a couple of hosts but nothing changed. What I want to do is remove all temp and voltage items fro all arista hosts.

Updating the template should be enough if the hosts are linked.
Please share some screenshots so we can have some context of the issue

All of the hosts are using the template so I will go back and examine the hosts' data.
