Lines on the Map not right

First of all im a Zabbix n00b,
That said, following this LINK I did the following:

    - i setup Pings to my routers,
    - i setup a map to show my routers and the connections to them

Now when it comes to the colors (off-red, on-green), How come the colors are always red.

I took screenshots of all my settings, maybe yall could help me out, and tell me what i screwed up.

    Trigger Settings

    Action Settings

    Map Settings

    Map

See the Map all the lines are all red, all the time... what did i do wrong? are my triggers and actions screwed up or did i just mess up the map somehow?

    TIA

What version of zabbix are you running? and when you click on one of your 'links" how are the colors set for color (on) and color (off)?

Not a problem, it took me a little bit to figure it out when I first looked at it too.

Could it be the way you're thinking about it? I did the same thing.

Just flip your mind around. Rather than "The trigger is ON therefore it should be green", think, "The trigger is OFF, therefore it should be green".

The trigger of course is what you've setup to notify you of a service failure. When that trigger is ON it would activate the action. Similar with the graphs, when the trigger or line is "ON", its notifying you of a failure.

Alternatively, you could just edit the template and switch the two around...
