Dear Zabbix, Community,
I just upgraded my Installation (zabbix server and proxy) to 6.2 beta2 and setting up the first own wmi.get Items based on the new tutorials given by Dimitri Lambert and Aleksandrs Petrovs Gavrilovs.
Here´s my item setting:
When I click on Test, it´s working fine:
Without Proxy
and with proxy
But when I assign it to an windows-client. It doesn´t collect any data
No matter if I put the update Interval to 1m and wait this time, or if I go to this host and click on "execute now".
The interesting thing is, that there are other Items from templates I downloaded (e.g. for windows defender monitoring) and they are working:
So I assume it can´t be a wrong config of server, proxy or agent, right?
I am using the agent2 version 6.0.4 and I´m running active AND passive checks on it.
Before this method. I used and item with the key "wmi.getall[root/cimv2,select * from Win32_ComputerSystem]", which collected all data and then I used dependend items to collect single data out of that. This method had the same behaviour. It worked, when I used the "test" button, but didn´t collect any data when it was assigned to a windows-device.
