We have Active checks in use (on Windows).
We wanted to test out some timedifference triggers and changed the localtime of our testmachine 5h into the future. Afterwards we encountered the problem, that Zabbix doesn´t update its "latest data" because the latest data is apparently 5 hours in the future.
Apparently Zabbix is saving the Data based on the timestamp of the zabbix agent sending the data, rather than the local time of the zabbix server itself. Which is causing us some troubles as we are basically missing data for this timeperiod.
It looks like this doesn´t happen with dependent items and calculated items, reason for this is (assuming) that the data is calculated every T timeperiod on the zabbix server and therefor the zabbix server localtime is used for the "last check" reference.
Is there any way to change the behavior so that the data doesn´t get registered as "coming from the future"?
