How to configure so it send out alert if ICMP ping fail for 5min or more?

This is the default alert trigger before it sending out alert message to Telegram. It seem less than 2 min, I will receive the alert message in my Telegram group. I need it only send out message if ICMP ping fail equal to 5min or more.

"Unavaialble by ICMP ping" fires after 3 failed attempts (max(#3)), depends on check frequency, if it is 1 minute, then after 3 minutes it is fired). If you can allow that thing to be dead for 5 minutes, change the condition, set #5 there...
Other ones also are designed to trigger only after match condition is true for 5 minutes.

So there is a delay in every one of them...

I changed it to #5 but it is not actually 5 minutes. About 4 minutes plus it start to trigger message to my Telegram group. Well, I don't want it to keep trigger message to my Telegram group if the device or machine is rebooting during troubleshooting process. Or else everyday the alert messages will be spamming the Telegram group.
