SNMP: New template using mib files released by the vendor

    Hello guys,

Pleae, Is there a way to make a new template (for a network device) using the mib files released by the vendor?
I have about 30 mib files and I would like to use them to make the template.

    Zabbix 5.4

    All advice welcome.

I've successfully used mib2zabbix a few times. I generally followed the online instructions:

I also took the time to put all my mibs into /usr/share/snmp/mibs (on Redhat Enterprise Linux, not sure of paths in other distros) so the same mibs could be used by Zabbix for trap handling (which I'm not really doing right now but having the mibs here seems to make the log files happier!)

I just discovered this alternative. I may play with it when next I need to import a MIB:
