Please tell me how to add URL specifically for the active problem in the body of the letter.
General rule, if possible.
To automatically add a link to Monitoring-Problems-current problems in the body of the letter.

no you edit your message template(s) for this email media you showed... add it there and those macros will be resolved when event happens...
