    zabbix proxy in cascaded

    Hi all,

    I need to have an environment with two cascaded zabbix_proxy. it's possible?

    Zabbix_Server -> Zabbix_Proxy1 -> Zabbix_proxy1A How from figure in attachment.

    if yes, help me how I can configure two proxies?

    This moment I have the Zabbix Server and Zabbix_proxy1 working. but often the firewalls in the middle (not managed by me) block some services. eg PING or SNMP and it's creating false alarms

    Sorry for my English

        I guess you have to work with those owners of FW-s and explain to them that you need those things or you cannot provide service..

          Now, my system works only with the central proxy (proxy 1), and collects all data from every server of every zones. but given the presence of many firewalls (with nat), I often have network problems that generate many alerts (ex ping o interface unreachable). But into Zone A and B everything works.
          that's why I wanted to have a double proxy (Proxy 1A and Proxy1B ) that they withdrew the data from inside each zone and then sends subsequently it to the central zabbix through zabbix proxy 1

          In this second scenay, in the event of a network problem, the data are sent back to the central system in a second moment, but this data is correct.
