Trigger if value increases 5min

could anyone help me with the zabbix trigger.
I have a numeric element that counts DB errors. Zabbix collects data every minute.
And I would like to create a trigger with condition, if 5 mins in a row data increases, then throw trigger.

Not good if the first minute increase will be by 1000 but other 4 minutes increase by 0.
It should alert if data increase minimum by 1 every single minute of 5 minutes interval.
