Howdy Zabbix folks!
I am looking into options for acknowledging Zabbix alerts without having to log into the Zabbix FE
We currently utilizing MMS which while affective at notifying us, does not give us any ability to acknowledge or action on any notifications sent from Zabbix.
I'm looking into the MS Teams Webhook integration and was wondering if anyone had had any experience and success in implementing acknowledgement via the MS Teams either via chat or reactions using the event.acknowledge API method.
My team desperately wants to be able to acknowledge Zabbix alerts without having to log into the FE
If using the MS Teams webhook isnt the right direction, I am also open to other methods to acknowledge Zabbix alerts without having to log into the FE all suggestions and advice are appreciated!
