zabbix-agent2 5.0.21 agent status became unavaiable

Blow is my zabbix version
Zabbix Server:5.0.14
Zabbix Proxy: 5.0.14
Zabbix agent2 for Windows: 5.0.21
I receive many alert messages zabbix agent is no available. A few minutes later it become available, so I check the agent log find a lot of messages in zabbix-agnet2 log:
