Zabbix active agent not sending all of the needed information

    Hello!

I'm pretty new to Zabbix, we are a middle sized company, who wants to improve the IT with implementing Zabbix for its environment.
I have read a lot of manuals and everything, but still don't really understand what can I get from the active agents (we can't use passive ones for reasons).
I just want to get system.hw.cpu[<cpu>,<info>] or system.hw.macaddr[<interface>,<format>] (of course I'm using them in the right format) in the Items menu, but it says "Unsupported item key".
It is always the same error, I can only use already given and working keys which are not useful, because they are already registered. (also the cpu core number is not really a useful information).
So, can I change something on the agent to send useful keys like the given ones above, or I just have to work with what I've already have?
There is not really information about the sent keys anywhere. And I can't use passive mode, because the agents are unreachable from the server, but the server is reachable for the agents.
    Thanks in advance!

What item type are you using?

I don't really understand the question, because I can't find any information regarding the type of the Item, so I've inserted the picture above, which tells more.

I have read this list, but somehow mamaged to think that windows is the last column, not the first. Thank you for pointing this out, so you can't really get useful hardware information on Windows, that's reallly disappointing.
