Zabbix 3.0 LTS : RedHat version 6 ?

Is the Zabbix 3 will be available for RedHat version 6 ?

Default PHP version is old in RHEL 6, it is necessary to use the PHP 5.4 or later.
It is necessary to enable the SCL or to obtain a reliable package.
But there is also a way to install PHP from source.

And, RHEL 6 cannot use SMTP Authentication, because libcurl version is old.
If you want to use SMTP Authenticaion by Zabbix 3.0, you must use libcurl 7.20.0 or later.

So, on my RHEL6 if i use SCL PHP 5.4 (i havent SMTP Authentication) can i use official depot zabbix and upgrade 2.4 to 3 ?
