Using Template OS Windows with VMware autodiscovery

I just did a clean install of Zabbix 3.0 at a customer site.
We have 3 esx servers so I've setup VMware discovery, hypervisors and vm guests are discovered like they should be, great!

But then I would like to link the Template OS Windows to a virtual machine guest and I don't see a way to do this.

I already try to add the Template OS Windows to the VMware virt guest template and I do see the items coming up on the host itself, although without any monitoring results.

Does anyone know how to tackle this issue?

    Cheers!

Now I see. The discovery leaves the IP address for the guest VM the same as the ESXi host.
It's obvious that the zabbix agent cannot gather the required information from the VM.

Is there a solution so I can get the information from the VMware Virt Guest template (like CPU ready) and the Windows OS template as well?

A duplicate guest VM entry for DCSRV1 is confusing for the customer.

How are other people dealing with this issue?
