Is it possible to close Zabbix problem if corresponding ticket in ServiceNow closed without fixing root cause?
Otherwise problem in Zabbix will stay open forever without any ticket re-generation, specially if there's no trigger change, so as I see so far - only manual check of tickets in ServiceNow possible and this is nightmare in large environemnt
