Zabbix SSH error: Unsupported authentication method. Supported methods:

I'm trying to send a command to check a service on host, by SSH agent. The problem is that the item is not supported and I receive the following message: "Unsupported authentication method. Supported methods: ".
I tested the communication by zabbix server and the host and everything seems fine. I can ping from zabbix to host and o could connect by zabbix server to host, by SSH (ssh username@hostname_or_ip) and it works, I could give the same command that I'm trying on zabbix frontend. This makes sense?
I don't know where is the problem, some idea?
