email massage action line break

Hi,
I have email action.
In custom massage field I wrote something like this.

Line 1
Line 2
Line 3

But, the email, I reciving something like this.

Line 1 Line 2 Line 3

I tried \n and \r line breaks, But no luck.
Please help.

Are you using Outlook? It removes the line breaks in received plain text emails by default.
