    Can Zabbix do this?

    Is it possible to have Zabbix monitor web services responses, if I provide a username and password to a login page and see if I can an application response?

      Zabbix itself can't do this (from what I understand this is a 1.4 feature).

      However you can configure a UserParameter and have a perl script or curl command do this for you.
