Failed to start Zabbix Server

I want to run Zabbix, but these errors are stopping me. Please offer some solutions for solving the problem.

1-The identical error is displayed by both "journalctl -xe" and "systemctl status zabbix-server.service." Zabbix Server could not be started. With little success, I tried practically everything I found online.

2. It prompts me to provide starting commands when I execute "systemctl restart zabbix-server zabbix-agent apache2". Error below is thrown.
