Zabbix Not Showing PPPoE Down in Problems

Hi

I hope someone can assist or at least point me in the right direction.

I can't seem to figure out why my PPPoE clients are showing under latest data of the hosts but they don't show up under the main problems page when they go down, what should I do to resolve this?
