percounter error in MSSQL Template

I'm using this file from zabbix wiki to start monitoring MS SQL server. Unfortunately I got this error in my items. Error is Cannot obtain performance information from collector. Could someone explain to my why I got those error and How to fix it?

What mean

in item. Those items are not supported.
