    Create Trigger for access points downs

    Hey folks super new to zabbix. Making some headway however. I have an aruba wireless controller I am using the oid to scrap the number of connected access points. That is successfully polling and pulling the correct info. Lets just use the number 100 in this case. If I wanted to receive an alert when the total number of aps online (100 for example) increases or decrease, what would that look like in zabbix under triggers?

    Sort of got this working. So if I use change(/Aruba Test/wlsxSwitchTotalNumAccessPoints)<=-1 for decreasing (ap going offline) or change(/Aruba Test/wlsxSwitchTotalNumAccessPoints)<=1 increasing (ap coming back) it will send me an alert with problem number of aps online decreased. It also includes the total number of aps still online. So if it started with 100 and 2 went offline it shows 98. However the trigger sends an email with problem and then sends immediately sends an email with resolved. I created the decreasing and increasing trigger separately. The increasing recognizes the ap coming back online creates a problem email and a resolved email.

      change(/Aruba Test/wlsxSwitchTotalNumAccessPoints)<>=0

      Tried the above. That works but still triggers 2 alerts. Trigger a problem alert and then a resolved within 10s which is my update interval.
