Problem with email notifications

I have an error:
No media defined for user, although the media is tied to the user, the very media set according to Hyde http://www.tecmint.com/configure-zab...lerts-to-gmailSending messages via the console is successful, then there is a problem somewhere of Zabbix.
Actions configured, the Media created by linking them with each other. And the way to have an alert for that user. Mail where to send the ordered.
