Zabbix Agent Auto Registration

Conceptually-
Can you please tell me why an auto registrations for passive agent is not exists?
Also, why there is not an option to deploy an agent (push) directly from the zabbix server/frontend?

1. Passive agent never connects to server/proxy, so it is not possible to trigger autoregistration. In such case you should use host discovery probably.
