Defined action with no conditions not being triggered

    Hi
I'm working on integrating Zabbix (v 5.0.23) with OpsGenie, & defined an action that I need to be run on every event.
I created the action with "Current host" box ticked and with no condition defined, thinking that would mean it is always triggered - is that right?
If I run the command manually from command line on the Zabbix server it runs and there are log entries in the OpsGenie part, but on a Zabbix event I'm seeing nothing.
Wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction? Haven't contacted OpsGenie support yet because I'm not seeing anything happening at all so believe it's an issue in the action configuration.

I also tried with a condition which should be fulfilled every time just in case it needed at least 1 condition, but sitll no joy. Any pointers appreciated!

Why arent you using official integration? https://www.zabbix.com/integrations/opsgenie
All these remote commands (executed on server and target host? which kind of conflicts..) instead of defining a media and sending message to a user via that media... very complicated way...

Thanks for the suggesion, I appreciate it.
I'm actually using the method recommended by OpsGenie in fact, also referenced from Zabbix site here

Since reading your message I've been trying to configure the macro but honestly seems a lot more complicated than just configuring an action to run the send2opsgenie script!

Ok.. I see.. it offers two way integration also..
There is some troubleshooting tips on atlassian page.. https://support.atlassian.com/opsgen...roubleshooting
Eventho whole that page as a bit behind.. they still refer to versions like 3.x. It would be nice to have something for "latest" there...

OK found the issue, it was a problem with my triggers.
All good now, thanks again for taking the time to look at my issue!
