problem action after zabbix/database update

By updating my zabbix from 3.0 to 6.0, I have this kind of logs coming up in my logs:

Is there a possibility to ensure that my actions are supported before the migration or I have to recreate them all by hand..?

"condition "Trigger value = PROBLEM" will be removed during database upgrade: this type of condition is not supported anymore" This topic was probably in release notes... what version, I cannot remember.. But somewhere between 3 and 6..:P
What I want to say, is... reading release notes before upgrades help, so you can verify, if you have affected things...
But I guess you don't have to recreate all of those, they will be converted and still present, just disabled, so you can review and then adjust, if needed.
