in the item-config-page there´s only update interval.

Hello,
You can do this differently.

- In Zabbix, create a zabbix_trapper item on your monitored host with a key name 'script_result'.
- On the host where is your script, in zabbix install dir, you have a zabbix_sender exe.
- Insert a line like this in your script to send the result to zabbix server :

zabbix_sender <zabbix_server_IP> <zabbix_server_port> <name_of_monitored_host> script_result OK

This will set the 'script_result' key of the host defined in zabbix to 'OK' or whatever you put ;-)

The item will be set every time the script is executed.
Then you can put a trigger on it to check what is the result.
