send to email inventory primary POC

hello. I'm trying to create a action. i have about 1100 host. These host have different inventory POC email (contact information) each other. (each host has its own email address.) I created a trigger, when the host is down, trigger send an e mail to POC email.

Because of lots of host-email, it gets complicated. I dont want to 1100 user groups. How can I do this easily and collectively?

Well, I think this might be a bit tricky, you can try instead of sending a message from Zabbix, send it using an external script that will accept the recipient address from the macro (more on available macros here) {INVENTORY.POC.PRIMARY.EMAIL}. But one thing to keep in mind, you have to have the "Primary POC email" filled in the host's inventory, you can try using automatic inventory discovery, but then all your devices have to have a contact email setup.
