Windows Registry Key Monitoring

I am getting the following error when using registry.get[HKLM,keys]: "Failed to parse registry key"

Zabbix server is running v6.2.2
Zabbix agent is running v6.2.2

Windows FW is disabled and Zabbix agent can monitor all other metrics using the Windows by zabbix agent template.

Any advice is appreciated.
