How to run Tomcat JMX enabled parameter?

According to the documentation I need to Enable JMX monitoring with those option

java \
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote \
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=12345 \
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false \
-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false \

I have install XAMPP in my window and I can start tomcat server. Question is how can I enabled those option in my tomcat.
