Hello,
This is the very first time that i encounter problems upgrading Zabbix. I have recently updated a zabbix v5 to v6 without problem.
Today I wanted to upgrade an old Zabbix 4.0.42 on debian 9 located on external infrastructure.
I tried to upgrade from debian 9 to debian 10 and then debian 11, fixed some dependencies issues, validated v6 prerequisites and installed the latest Zabbix 6.2.3.
Database migration process ends successfully in logs. But when zabbix starts, i can't login with my user.
Users are present in DB and i can see failed login attempts.
I have tried to reset the default Admin password with no luck too.
I can't find any useful informations in logs (apache2, syslog, mariadb, zabbix)
So i have tried to bypass the debian upgrade process by starting with a fresh debian 11 machine, import my old DB, configure zabbix-server.conf.
but same thing happens, DB migration OK but still can't login.
Is someone know what could be the problem ?
Thanks !!
