    Network discovery very slow

    Hey,

I'm trying to set up Zabbix to auto-discover all SNMP-enabled Cisco devices in my company's various branches (Routers).

This is the discovery rule I created:

    And the action:

It's been hours and so far it has discovered 7 devices out of 60 I should be getting. At first I thought "well, the rest probably don't have SNMP configured properly" but then POP! it discovered another one. So I think it's just working very, very slowly!

Is this a known problem? something I'm doing wrong?

    Bonus question:

Is there an easier way to scan all my subnets without using:
    192.168.122.0/24
    192.168.154.0/24...etc

If I just put 192.168.0.0/24 will it scan all IPs in the 192.168.x.x range?

    Thanks!

As a practical setting, I think to be a much address range of Class C in a single discovery setting.

The address set in the one of the discovery setting will be processed sequentially.

Well I just tried setting discovery to one address like this:

      192.168.110.254

      Waited for a while, nothing.

So I don't understand why it discovered some addresses but it does not discover others. Is there some way I can manually activate it to discover?
