Upgrade from 2.4.4 to 2.4.8

I am not good with Linux and Zabbix installation/upgrade

Could you please provide me the steps to upgrade the Zabbix server 2.4.4 to 2.4.8.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
