JMX setup on Zabbix

Hi friends,

I want to configure JMX monitoring in Zabbix using Zabbix Proxy. My setup is as shown below
Zabbix Server<-->Zabbix Proxy<-->Zabbix Host

And I want to monitor Zabbix Host using JMX. Kindly share some useful links which I can follow to make my setup working.

I just run the Zabbix Java Proxy on the same host as the Zabbix proxy.
