Design-Concept Temperature Monitoring-Import of data while

I set up the Zabbix and I am polling/requesting Data over SNMP from my Raspberry Pi's. Works fine for me
Problem is, that I would like to have following Design of my Monitoring System (picture)
->Use-Case-Scenario: The Zabbix Server ist not running, but I still want to save the data of the sensor. ->Then when I start the server I would like to request the data from the database on the Raspberry Pi's (stored in mqsql-db) and import it in Zaggix db->so I can see the for example the last day.
Is this doable?
