Hello,
I'm currently looking into using Zabbix to replace our aging monitoring systems. In our environment we have approx. 1000 ESXi servers deployed on bare metal. They are not connected centrally to a vCenter.
Question: Is it possible to use a low-level discovery rule to discover ESXi hosts and then add them with a host template to start monitoring them and their attached VMs? I know I can add each ESXi server manually and then all VMs will be monitored, but adding 1000 ESXi machines individually is something I want to avoid.
Thanks for the feedback!
