Webhook? Visit a specific page on alerts

Hi,

In short. i have a SMS gateway that i can send text with by visiting a website. Something like http://mysmsgateway.com/page.html%MO...GoesTheMESSAGE

So when visiting that URL it sends a text to 12345678 with the message "HereHoesTheMESSAGE"

I have NO programming skills at all, by i was wondering if it is posible to get Zabbix to do this, when an trigger/alert is happening. I am thinking it can be done by webhook somehow?

webhook, script.. whatever you can think of, that can parse your input and format output to call that webpage as needed..
