Create Login Trigger

As post says I want to create a login trigger saying someone logged in and what user ID for a pool of Loaner devices. That way I can better track them so hopefully they don't wander off or I can easily see who to follow up with.

I was thinking of using Windows Event ID 4624 but sadly that just say if someone logged in doesn't say who. Any simple suggestions? much appreciated.
