Delete unwated items

Hello

I am using Zabbix 6.0.7 for monittoring my network devices. I have downloaded template from Zabbix Site.
My problem is that when using this template, i have revieved lots of data for one device.
How can i delete some unwanted data (latest data).
example.: how to delete some interface which i dont want to monitor.

If it's for a particular host, You can disable the item.

If you want to disable the item for all the hosts which are using this template, You can disable the item in template.
