[3.0] Zabbix Proxy SQLite-DB does not populate

I did a fresh installation of a Zabbix Proxy (zabbix_proxy 3.0.1 Revision 58734) with SQLite-DB (3.7.17) and registered it successfully to my Zabbix Server (zabbix_server 3.0.1 Revision 58734).
Both Machines a running as VMWare-Guests on RHEL 7.2 64bit Server (SELinux and local Firewall disabled) in different subnets.
Firewallrules between those subnets are adjusted, so i can telnet without problems from one server to the other and "last seen" works also.
My Problem is, that the DB on Proxyside isn`t populated with any Host- and Iteminformation, so no connected agent can be monitored from the proxy in this subnet. SQLite-DB has owner of zabbix and is writeable, was initial created when starting the proxy the first time. zabbix_get on console from proxy to agent works either
zabbix_get -s xx.xx.xx.xx -k agent.version

7170:20160324:085440.258 cannot send list of active checks to "xx.xx.xx.xx": host [x] not found
...
7161:20160324:085621.318 cannot obtain configuration data from server at "xx.xx.xx.xx": ZBX_TCP_READ() failed: [4] Interrupted system call
I reinstalled the proxy and server a couple of times but didnt got it working, the provided hostnames are correct (zabbix_agend.conf and GUI). Agents on the same subnet as the server are working without any errors.
