I have a zabbix server with 1090 clients. I want to install a new server with 6.0. installing db and frontend at same server or two different servers, which way is the beter?

From performance standpoint it is always better to have separate hosts for each function, frontend, server, DB. If with clients you mean monitored hosts, then it probably works ok also with a single server, but it will limit your growth.
