Zabbiz Integration with 3rd party ticketing tool

I'm unable to integrate Zabbix with some of the Ticketing tool like OTRS, OSTicket etc. i want to integrate using API. I'm able to integrate with OpsGenie. if anyone having any document related to zabbix integration with 3rd party ticketing tool, kindly share with me as it'll help me a lot.
