How to install zabbix3.4 on Ubuntu 20.04

Tried to install zabbix-agent 3.4 on Ubuntu 20.04 using this method:

# wget https://repo.zabbix.com/zabbix/3.4/ubuntu/pool/main/z/zabbix-release/zabbix-release_3.4-1+bionic_all.deb
# dpkg -i zabbix-release_3.4-1+bionic_all.deb
# apt update
# apt install zabbix-agent 

But zabbix 4.0 is installed.
How to properly install zabbix-agent 3.4 on Ubuntu 20.04?

There is no Zabbix 3.4 agent for Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal) on Zabbix official repository. zabbix-release package for 18.04 (Bionic) is not available. Please use the zabbix-release package that matches your Ubuntu version.
I think the Zabbix 4.0 agent was installed from the Ubuntu standard repository. Please consider compiling and installing from source.
