How can create an item that can SUM 2 items on different hosts

These are my follow info :

Host1 : eno1 - interface bit send : 40Mb/S
Host2 : eno1 - interface bit send : 10Mb/s

Now I want to create an item that can sum host1(eno1) + host2(eno1) 40+10 = 50

How can create this item and which on host I can create it ?

last(/Host1/item[key])+last(/Host2/item[key])

you can create items on any hosts

Check the keys on your both hosts, it looks like - net.if.out[111-81out] and net.if.out[112-82out]
then create an item on (for example) Host1, must look like that - last(/Host1/net.if.out[111-81out])+last(/Host2/net.if.out[112-82out]), then add new key for item, like net.if.out[111-112].
