Eventlog - create trigger which will forward the values from monitored event

Hello everyone,

I am struggling to find solution how to create a trigger, which will forward values from event log monitor.

Could anyone please help me or atleast suggest how to do it ? Thank you !

Values I want to receive through the trigger to my email
